Alek and his team were professional and helpful throughout our entire mold remediation process. We had a pretty urgent situation where black mold was involved in our living room and he brought a team out fairly quickly. He was very transparent and provided all our options up front. His team was able to complete the contracting work to fix our wall and flooring from the mold damage as well. The project management with timeline, communication, and the work itself was great. We would recommend OnCall Restoration to family and friends!

We had some minor mold and water damage issues and called OnCall Restoration to help resolve. Alek was quick to come out and give an estimate and the work was completed within a week. We had a water damage issue and called a few places for quotes. OnCall Restoration wasn’t the cheapest but we went with them because Alek was honest with us, he took the time to explain everything, and they were thorough in figuring out what needs to happen. Unfortunately we did end up having some mold and the team sent us pictures (we aren’t mold experts so honestly don’t know what we were looking at) but it was nice to have someone honest enough that they are sharing pictures which you could prob get a second opinion on if you so choose. The work was done professionally and the crew was great. Fingers crossed we will never have to call them again!! Haha, I mean who really wishes for water damage?!
